We hired Stanek Inspections to inspect our soon to be home. They were great! Very thorough and broke down everything so that we understand. Shane was marvelous! Inspected a possible purchase for us. Thank goodness. The surface was so beautiful and seemed completed renovated but the structure was severly failing and the roof had soft spots and leaks. There was evidence of water intrusion. He took the time to look at absolutely EVERYTHING. I have bought several houses and have never had such a expert thorough inspection as this one. I just can't thank you enough. The customer service Roberta provided was also top of the line. I wouldn't choose anyone one else after dealing with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
